If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days after delivery. Include your order details and photo(s) as proof. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution. -
Wrong item received:
If you received the wrong item, contact us with your order details and photo(s), and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
